This course focuses on advanced endourology techniques of particular relevance to practicing urologists. The course uniquely combines didactic material and live-case demonstrations to provide interested urologists with a comprehensive learning experience. This activity is planned for licensed healthcare professionals who are practicing advanced endourological procedures including flexible ureteroscopy for treatment of nephrolithiasis, upper tract urothelial carcinoma and PCNL for nephrolithiasis. Opportunities for observing live cases and interacting with expert faculty in a small group setting form the core learning experiences of this activity.

Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
In order to receive a CME certificate, you must complete the following:
- Pre-conference survey (can be completed immediately upon registration)
- Course evaluation (availale immediately after the course ends on the second day)
- Post conference survey (which you will receive notice 1 month after the session)
ALL REGISTRANTS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION 1 WEEK PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SESSION:

- Proof of Medical License
- Current TB Test Results (within the past 12 months). This can be PPD or IGRA*. If you have a history of positive PPD/IGRA a chest x-ray report within the last 6 months (letter from physician is not accepted).
- Current Influenza Vaccination Record (within the past 12 months)
*Note: IGRA is required for international registrants.
Target Audience
This activity is planned for licensed healthcare professionals who are practicing advanced endourological procedures including flexible ureteroscopy for treatment of nephrolithiasis, upper tract urothelial carcinoma and PCNL for nephrolithiasis.
Small group sessions are desired; therefore, sessions will be limited to no more than 4 practicing urologists. The small group design allows for focused, in depth discussion and greater interactivity, improving the participants’ ability to translate their learning experiences into daily practice.

REGISTRATION FEES
There is no registration fee for this course. However, pre-registration is required, and registration is limited to 4 individuals.
