Fall Session: October 15-19, 2018
The Population Health Academy is a continuing education program that provides an overview of basic concepts in population health. The five-day series is designed for health system leaders and key administrators seeking a comprehensive introduction to the subject.
Through case studies and real-life workplace applications, participants in the Population Health Academy will review and analyze key areas of population health:
- U.S. Health Care Organization & Administration
- Overview of Population Health Management: Moving from Volume to Value
- Health Care Quality & Safety
- Health Economics & Population Health
- Data Analytics
- Putting it all Together: Managing the Care Continuum-Past, Present & Future
This Session of the Academy will be held on the campus of Thomas Jefferson University. Sessions will be held from 8:30-5:00 pm each day. Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided each day.
The Academy offers CME, CNE, ACPE, and Certified Physician Executive (CPE) credit.
Participants who attend all 5 days and complete the course work will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
