Population Health Academy

INFORMATION

Private Fall Session: October 26-30, 2015

The Population Health Academy is a continuing education program that provides an overview of basic concepts in population health. The five-day series is designed for health system leaders and key administrators seeking a comprehensive introduction to the subject.

Through case studies and real-life workplace applications, participants in the Population Health Academy will review and analyze key areas of population health:

  • U.S. Health Care Organization & Administration
  • Overview of Population Health Management: Moving from Volume to Value
  • Health Care Quality & Safety
  • Health Economics & Population Health
  • Data Analytics
  • Prevention & Chronic Disease Management

The Fall Session of the Academy will be held October 26-30, 2015.  Sessions will be held from 8:30-5:00 pm each day. Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided each day.

The Academy  offers CME, CNE, ACPE, and Certified Physician Executive (CPE) credit.

Participants who attend all 5 days and complete the course work will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
