Jefferson Population Health Academy- Management and Strategies  


Dates: May 9-10 2019

Population Health Management & Strategy is a 2-day workshop session builds upon concepts learned in the Population Health Essentials course. It provides the opportunity for participants to focus on developing actionable strategies and practical solutions specific to their organization’s needs. (Session requirement: successful completion of Population Health Essentials or previous Population Health Academy graduate).

This Session of the Academy will be held on the campus of Thomas Jefferson University.  Sessions will be held from 8:30-5:00 pm each day. Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided each day.

The Academy offers CME, CNE, ACPE, and Certified Physician Executive (CPE) credit.

Participants who attend both days and complete the course work will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
