This enduring materials activity program will educate and prepare you for a role in Telehealth facilitation as part of the inter-professional healthcare team by providing both Telehealth content expertise and Telehealth facilitation competencies. You will develop the skills to successfully facilitate, evaluate, and advocate for Telehealth in your departments and organizations.

All faculty at continuing educating activities for nurses, physicians and allied health professionals are required to disclose to the audience:

PENNSYLVANIA PATIENT SAFETY/RISK MANAGEMENT CREDIT
Topics in this activity fall within the approved list for Pennsylvania State Requirements for Patient Safety/Risk Management credits. Total: 4 credits.

Thomas Jefferson University Hospital is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Pennsylvania State Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
RN participants who successfully complete this activity in its entirety will be awarded a maximum of 11 nursing contact hours.

This knowledge based program (0079-9999-17-007-H04-P) is acceptable for 11 hours of continuing pharmacy education credit. Statements of Credit indicating hours/CEUs will be uploaded to CPE Monitor within 60 days following program for participants who complete this activity and submit required participant information, including evaluation, NABP # and DOB.
