During the transition to campus key logins, existing Jefferson accounts may be impacted and existing users may experience an error message or have a new account created. This is a direct result of an inability to match existing accounts in this system to Jefferson Campus Keys.

Additional trouble-shooting or merging of duplicate accounts may be needed. Please complete this form to report an issue related to the use of your Jefferson Campus Key in the CPD @ JeffLEARN system. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for a response and updated time frame for when your account issues will be resolved. At that time, you will receive a follow-up call or email from the Jefferson Office of CPD.
