The 12th Annual Jefferson Faculty Days Programs, our end-of-year academic tradition of collegial sharing of best practices in teaching and learning, will take place on Friday, August 14, 2020.
This year’s theme is Don’t Talk Wellness, Make it Happen! The program will celebrate what you are already doing to support your learners and your peers. We are looking to highlight curricular, co-curricular, and extra-curricular initiatives that tend to the whole person when it comes to teaching and learning.
Potential submission topics may address the learning environment; early warning and awareness signs in both learners and educators; integration of the humanities; programs supportive and inclusive of disabilities; and pragmatic educational strategies that apply the principles of wellness. Please join us and learn from your colleagues!
This course is designed for all physicians, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, nurses, physician assistants and other health professionals.
- Identify evidence-based strategies that can support faculty and learner wellness when it comes to teaching and learning.
