The Jefferson Center for Interprofessional Education (JCIPE) biannual conference showcases scholarly work and works in progress related to interprofessional education and/or practice.
Interprofessional Care for the 21st Century: Redefining Education and Practice will reflect on innovative implementation and evaluation strategies of the interprofessional competencies.
Themes and topics include:
- Interprofessional competencies and curricular models
- Faculty and staff development programs and resources
- IPE student groups and projects
- Collaborative practice models/new models of care
- Quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Patient perspectives and outcome measures
- Program evaluation methods and outcome measures
- Technology and social media innovations
Educators, clinicians, practitioners, researchers, health system leaders, policymakers, patient organizations, students and other interested stakeholders in the health and social services arena are invited to attend.

Statements of Credit indicating hours/CEUs will be uploaded to CPE Monitor within 60 days following program for participants who complete this activity and submit required participant information, including evaluation, NABP # and DOB.
