The 4th Annual Jefferson Infertility Counseling Conference: When It Takes More Than Two to Make a Baby  addresses challenges in infertility counseling due to advances in assisted reproductive technologies and the associated psychological, ethical and legal issues that accompany those advancements.

This 3-day course is designed specifically for mental health professionals, physicians, nurses and affiliated professionals.

The first day is a dual track program and offers fundamentals about family building and reproductive medicine:

Thursday and Friday feature more advanced training drawn from "real-life" cases, ethics training and a novel "psychology lab" (using live actors) that explores the inter-professional challenges of complex clinical cases.

Sponsored by the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Thomas Jefferson University.
