Inclusion in Action eLearning teaches 9 skills for communication and collaborating across differences.

Not your everyday corporate learning, the video series is interactive and self-paced, and uses relatable workplace scenarios to teach employees inclusive communication skills that can lead to better work relationships and results. When your employees feel included, engagement, retention and productivity also increase.

Learning Objectives

  • Recall 9 skills that create a more collaboartive and inclusive environment 
  • Explain the consequences for not creating a collaborative and inclusive enviornment
  • Practice skills in understanding another's perspective, being trust worthy, practicing self-focus, respectfully disagreeing, holding others accountable without blaming or shaming, understanding intent vs. impact, managing multiple perspectives, (and evaluating your personal skill level-this is a separate objective)
