45th Annual Eastern Shore Medical Symposium

June 20, 2022 to June 24, 2022

This year’s virtual three-day Eastern Shore Medical Symposium provides up-to-date content on topics that are relevant in today’s practice environment. Primary care physicians, advanced practice registered nurses, and other healthcare team members, will engage with experts sharing the latest information in healthcare. Interactive virtual workshops and presentations offer opportunities to connect with colleagues and experts.

This educational activity is jointly provided by Thomas Jefferson University and University of Delaware. This course is designed for physicians, physician assistants, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, nurses and other healthcare providers in primary care.


COURSE EVALUATION

Successful Completion
To successfully complete this activity, the required evaluation must be completed no later than July 6, 2022. Thereafter, the evaluation will no longer be available and credits will not be issued. No refunds will be offered for failure to complete the required evaluation by the stated deadline.

To complete the evaluation, please follow these steps:

  3. Enter the Access Code provided to you in your email.

The following designation statements includes all five days plus the workshops.

Physicians: This educational activity is designated for a maximum of 22.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

The content for this activity qualifies for 9.25 PA Patient Safety and Risk Management credits.

Nurses: This activity awards 22.75 nursing contact hours.

The content for this activity qualifies for 14.25 nursing pharmacotherapeutic credits.

Other Healthcare Professionals: This certificate indicates participation in this educational activity, which is designated for 22.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.

OTHER CREDITS

Family Physicians: Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending.
