If you attended an EPIC Wave 2 session that was approved for CE credit, to claim credit you must have texted in your attendance.  As long as you already have an account in CPD@JeffLEARN, all you need to do is log into CPD@JeffLEARN, go to "my account," then "my activities" and then "Session Credits"    If you have an account, you will see your credits and will be able to print out a transcript.   For help in navigating to your credits, please see our help screen at locate your credits.

If you texted in but don't seem to have an account, your credit records are being stored until you create an account.  Please make sure you complete the following 2 steps.  

1.  An account in CPD@JeffLEARN needs to be set up.  Instructions for this can be found below and on the home page of CPD@JeffLEARN.

2.  The Mobile Number in the account profile needs to be confirmed by entering the XXX digit code the system sends you once an account has been opened into your account profile.

The system will match your mobile number with your prior text and your email, and your credits will be posted in "My Activities" "Session Credits".  

If you have completed these steps, you can then locate your credits in your account.

Why are mobile numbers required? Attendance for EPIC and Regularly Scheduled Series is done through text messaging to allow for credit to automatically apply to transcripts. Your credits will not be applied until you log back into your acccount and confirm your mobile number using the 4-digit code sent to your phone:

  1. Go to "My Account" then click "Edit."
  2. Click "Mobile" and enter the 4-digit code to confirm your account. Or delete the number to start over.

Transcripts can be found under the "My Activities" tab located in "My Account."

Credits for EPIC can be found under the "Session Credit" tab

FAQ

What if I don't have a cell phone? You can enter a landline phone number to bypass the requirement. If you are attending an RSS session, let the administrator know so they can manually mark your attendance.

Why do US-licensed physicians need to enter their National Provider Identifer (NPI) number? This information is used for reporting only when a transfer of value under the Sunshine Act is expected to occur. NPI numbers are publicly available and can be looked up here. Non-US physicians may enter N/A.

Can I register more than one person at once? Each person attending a course must have their own account.

I attended a course at Jefferson before. Am I already in the system? If you attended a course after July 2015, you may already have an account. Try resetting your password using your email address to see if you have an existing account.
