The focus of this year's conference is "Current & Emerging Treatment Approaches for Central Nervous System Metastases."
Expert clinicians will explore the increasing prevalence of central nervous system metastases and the controversies surrounding the rapid development of multimodal therapies including the roles of surgery, whole brain radiation, sterotactic radiosurgery and targeted immunomodulatory systemic therapies.
Attendees will evaluate each of these modalities throughout morning didactic sessions and customize treatment for patients with single and multiple brain metastases during an interactive multidisciplinary tumor board session.
The afternoon program will split into two tracks, tailoring information for physicians and nurses and allied health professionals.
This course is designed for all specialists working in the field of neuro-oncology: neurosurgeons, neurologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, advanced care providers, nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians assistants, hospitalists, oncology social workers and pharmacists, and allied health professionals.
