In order to use this system and participate in CE activities, you must have a CPD@JeffLEARN account. This applies to Jefferson faculty, staff and students as well as guest users. 


Existing Jefferson Users - You had an account in our system prior to September 12, 2019

Login with your campus key and campus key password. The first time you log in with your campus key, please check that your credit records have correctly migrated to single sign on.   

  • If you log in with your Campus Key credentials and get an error message, or don't see your records, your account may not have been converted to your campus key credentials. 

Here's what to do:

  • Please do NOT create a new account.   
  • Please complete this REPORT FORM to report that your account/campus key is not working, so we can resolve the issue for you and you'll be able to use your campus key credentials in the future.
  • You can still access your existing account by clicking on "Non-Jefferson Guest" and entering your old CPD@JeffLearn user name and password if you need to access our system. 

New Users with Jefferson Campus Keys - You never had an account in our system prior to September 12, 2019

Do NOT create a new account. All Jefferson users can log in with their Campus Key but Jefferson users who are new to this website must fill out their profiles after logging in.

STEP 2: Link Cell Phone to Account
All new users who participate in Regularly Scheduled Series (grand rounds, clinical case conferences, morbidity & mortality conferences, journal clubs, tumor boards, etc) must add and confirm their cell phone numbers to their accounts in order to mark their attendance and receive credit.

Troubleshooting Login Issues:

If you have an account but cannot log in, try the following trouble shooting options

Password Assistance
Make sure that you are entering the correct Campus Key and Password. Campus Keys are managed by Jefferson IS&T. Only IS&T can help you with a campus key password. For assistance with your Campus Key credentials, please contact the following:

  • Jefferson Health (except Abington) - call 215-955-7975

  • Abington - call 215-481-4357

Error Message When Logging In
If you are certain that you are entering the correct credentials but receive an error message, follow the instructions above and login  as a Non-Jefferson Guest with your old username and password. If you were able to do so, this means that your account was not migrated and you should complete this form to get your account converted. You can continue using your old login to access CPD @  JeffLEARN until your account has been converted.  

Former Employees
Former Jefferson employees who no longer have active campus key credentials may have trouble logging in. If so, please complete this form
